Do you need a health coach?

Health is one of the most precious and fundamental aspects of living a fulfilling and happy life. It is the base for everything. Without health there is very little we can do and life is very hard to be enjoyed and fully lived.

Healthiness is Happiness & Health is Our Greatest Wealth

I think we all can relate to this feeling of being ill and having only one wish: being healthy and full of vitality again. It builds the foundation for a vibrant, inspired, and happy life. It is the driving force to live the life of our wildest dreams. To serve the world with our gifts & talents and make the world a more beautiful place.

We live in a world where we have to balance and handle so many things at the same time. The world has become so complex and difficult to navigate in.
At the same time, we have all the health information & knowledge at our fingertips. We know what a healthy life should look like, that sleep is important, that food plays an important role, that physical activity is essential, meditation will help us feel more at peace, and not to forget to keep our gut healthy, mental & emotional health as well and new diet recommendations that promise us health.

This can be overwhelming and most people feel lost and frustrated in this wide field of information. They don’t know where to start and how to create long-lasting changes that work for them and their life.


The challenge is not that we don’t know what to do, the challenge is to integrate the knowledge into our lives and live it. Knowledge doesn’t make any difference when it is not lived. Knowledge alone will not change your health. It needs to be lived to change your life for the better.

But if this would be so easy we would all live healthy and do the many things we´ve always wanted to change. In reality, most of us don´t do the things we know are important to our health. This is because behavior change is hard! Humans don’t like change and getting out of our comfort zones is a big NO for our subconscious mind. Even if there is so much beauty on the other side of the road. It wants to stay in safe waters and keep things the way they are.

So how can a Health Coach help here?

We explain information given by your primary healthcare providers, identify patterns, and make connections. We refer you to other professionals who can serve you on your journey and act as a bridge between healthcare providers, integrating necessary lifestyle changes to support you in finding your best health. Health that implements all aspects and parts of your being. We are your partners and support givers. We are by your side in going one step and a time to reach your health visions and make concrete action steps that will get you there.
