How to practice self care

When you take good care of your Self, you can take better care of the people & world around you!

I truly believe that when we feel good we do go and that is what we all need more of. This world needs more people, that are at peace and love themselves.
Who feel enough and act out of love and kindness.

Self Care is Self Love. And this is where everything begins. With the love and care for your own being you can change the world for the better. From here you can share and serve the world with your unique gifts and talents while giving from a state of abundance and fulfillment. By changing ourselves we change the world and make it a healthier and happier place.

With that being said I am not talking about the me, myself and I culture, where the whole world turns around us. This way of living makes people feel miserable and unhappy.

Because: Living is about giving!

I also believe that we can only give what we also have within us. And with taking good care of ourselves and nurturing us on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level we have so much to give back and share with the world.

It’s about balance. A healthy balance between giving and receiving.

How do you take care of yourself?
What lights you up and brings you joy?
What creates a state of balance and ease in your life and what fills up your inner world?

Find little moments throughout your day to implement moments of self-care. They can be short but still so valuable and may change your day in the most wonderful way. Maybe a walk in nature, some deep breaths, fresh water, more sleep, a warm bath, a hug, a call with a good friend, seeing someone who is close to your heart, cooking delicious food, reading an inspiring book, listening to a podcast that you like or moving your body in a way that feels good to you.

By taking good care of yourself your whole energy will shift. Your vibration will rise and everyone around you will feel this different energy. It will also attract different experiences and circumstances into your life.

Let´s practice active Self Care

Close your eyes for a moment.
Take a couple of deep breaths.
Feel yourself.

What would light you up and nourish you on a deep level?
What do you need right now? 

What are you longing for?

Meet these needs and take loving action upon them!
By taking care of yourself you can then share it with the world and everyone around you.
Shine your light and bring your unique You into this world.
Because our world needs that very special gift that only you have!

You are wonderful, beautiful and deserve nothing less than the best!
